The long answer: Tea Tree Design Co. is me — Lucretia Worster: Graphic Designer, Web Designer, Project Manager, Stand-in Photographer, Problem Solver, always with a desire to learn more. Do more. Create more. Over the past ten years I've been lucky enough to be involved in a variety of projects, ranging from all-things print to web design, creative brain storming ... or anything else that might need an out-of-the-box expertise. My regular gig is as Supervisor of IT Creative Services for Alaska Airlines. I am responsible for art direction and creative development of all internally produced print material — posters, brochures, flyers, and direct mail to name a few — plus internal web design. I have also been a leader in our "brand evolution" and the creation and maintenance of brand standards throughout the organization. I am always up for a freelance challenge.
